User Reviews

06/17/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

DO NOT put your family member here if you care for them. This place is terrible! The state is investigating past issues of neglect.

12/26/2012  -  An OurParents User Writes:

The manager, Lauren, assured me that she would spoil my wife, take good care of her, and set her up with doctors appointments. Well, none of that happened. The day I moved her in they accepted a chronic cough-fer that also screamed all night and they put her in the room right next to my wife (there were 6 other empty rooms in the house that would have been a better choice). This traumatized my wife so badly that I had to take to the emergency room one week after I moved here in. As soon as I could make other arrangements, I moved her back home. It cost me almost $6K and it was the worst week of both my wife and mines life. Because of the 30 days written notice, I had to pay for a full month that I did not use because they did not hold up their end of what they promised. They really seemed to care until we paid and moved in.
