If you have a brain and a heart DO NOT send any of your loved ones to this facility. The staff members are lazy and ignore the residents. Medication is rarely provided especially when needed, the administrator only cares about her image. The nursing staff is very rude making it hard to communicate with any help. Beware of this place it is awful. My grandmother was here and every time we visited her she complained of neglect.

Response: Thank you for the review. We were considering this place for my grandparents. We thought the new company taking over had improved the home.

Horrible place! My mother was in this place for short term care. Getting my Mom her pain medication was a nightmare almost daily, when she was in tears begging for her oil it still took an hour! Forget telling anyone at the nurses station they're all to busy chatting amongst themselves. The administrator is all sweet and charming to your face but does nothing to correct the situation. And if you are on any special diet, forget it! There is no diabetic menu, you'll be expected to make due with their menu. The overnight nursing staff is from a temporary staffing company so its always changing and again they mixed up my mom's pain medication.
Very disappointed. Was glad to get my mother out of that place. Please research these facilities out beforehand so you won't go through this with your family member!

I would give this facility one out of five stars. They treat their employees like slaves and only care about how much money they can make. If you care at all about your loved ones, dont send them to this facility.
