I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. They almost killed my mother. They left her in her room with feces, dehydrated and without meds for 6 days. I reported their neglect to the state. There is no communication between departments. The Business Office failed to billed Medicaid and now I'm stuck with a huge bill. When I contacted the BO, the manager Heidy was very unpleasant and short with no answers. She said she would call me back because she was busy and never returned my calls. Please do not bring your loved one to this place.

Although they have their own physician who monitors these patients they do not communicate with the victim's personal doctor. This person then determines what medications to use and does so ineffectively. This goes unrecognized for quite sometime although it is obvious to family members that something is very wrong with the medication the patient has been prescribed. The food is not very good, when the patient rings the bell it is not answered readily. The CNA's use terms the terms honey, and other idiotic terms. Patient sometimes is seen in same clothing for days on end. I have no idea how often they are bathed or encouraged in personal hygiene. Anyone who needs to place someone in a facility like this should investigate all means since this is not a place I would choose for a loved one. Personnel are quite rude, overbearing, and certainly not very knowledgeable.

This is the worst care center I have ever seen. They do not listen to the patient or patient's family. No one answers the telephone. If there is an administrator she keeps hidden behind a poor social service assistant who interferes in the patients lives, is rude, creates problems like you cannot believe. Never place anyone in this establishment. It is pathetic and should be closed.

If you have a brain and a heart DO NOT send any of your loved ones to this facility. The staff members are lazy and ignore the residents. Medication is rarely provided especially when needed, the administrator only cares about her image. The nursing staff is very rude making it hard to communicate with any help. Beware of this place it is awful. My grandmother was here and every time we visited her she complained of neglect.

Response: Thank you for the review. We were considering this place for my grandparents. We thought the new company taking over had improved the home.

Horrible place! My mother was in this place for short term care. Getting my Mom her pain medication was a nightmare almost daily, when she was in tears begging for her oil it still took an hour! Forget telling anyone at the nurses station they're all to busy chatting amongst themselves. The administrator is all sweet and charming to your face but does nothing to correct the situation. And if you are on any special diet, forget it! There is no diabetic menu, you'll be expected to make due with their menu. The overnight nursing staff is from a temporary staffing company so its always changing and again they mixed up my mom's pain medication.
Very disappointed. Was glad to get my mother out of that place. Please research these facilities out beforehand so you won't go through this with your family member!

I would give this facility one out of five stars. They treat their employees like slaves and only care about how much money they can make. If you care at all about your loved ones, dont send them to this facility.
