Parkmoor village where to begin. This facility definitely has major issues. One of my parents was a patient there and the supposed care contributed my parents death due to that great care. I have read the other reviews and completely agree with the staff issues that was a daily occurrence of one not knowing what the other was doing. We constantly has clothes missing and replaced the clothing at least 5 times. We had jewelry taken and the final straw after repeated falls a fractured hip. All we got was lip service and no one was held accountable for anything. Avoid this place like the plague.

The positives of Parkmoor Village are that the facility is very clean, and our family member received adequate care while there. The negatives are there is very little communication among staff members (the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing). There is even less communication between staff and family members. You will receive conflicting information, or no information at all. Some of the nurses could definitely benefit from an attitude adjustment and have clearly chosen the wrong profession. If we are in need of a facility of this sort in the future, I will not choose this one again.

This place has to rank among the worst places to be on the planet. The staff act like gang banger hoods, patients are forced to care for themselves, or each other. No one should have to put up with them. They know nothing about nursing or medicine, or about human rights for that matter, I would'nt put a dead fish there.

Response: Totally agree, I am a visitor, and the administrator and her business office staff has done everything possible to make my loved ones stay terrible. I am thankful for the 1st floor team of CNA's and Nurses that have come to my loved ones aid and help me fight against this poorly run facility. The second and 3rd floor should be shut down. I hope you find a place that deserves you and your skills.
