If you are looking for an attractive setting, good activities and good meals this is the place. If your loved one needs assistance with dressing and personal hygene they will charge you for it but not perform. They are totally under staffed when it comes to nursing personnel. They will promise you that if you pay more they will, with the residents permission, provide these additional services. It is a disaster.

It's all about money with the bridge. The Manager Connie is a con and Teresa is fake. They have passion until you are signed in and then lie and don't care. My family member moved from the Inn at Garden Plaza to the bridge. The receptionist was super rude and so unhelpful! She barley got of her butt to assist. While moving my member into the Bridge I needed to borrow a cart to move the stuff the recepienst wouldn't help get a cart just told me to knock on maintenace's door. When I did the guy was on the phone and shoed me away. I went back to the recepienst to ask if there was anyone else that could help get a cart, she shrugge and said no. She should of walked her pregnant @#$% over and got one for us. I hate this place! I went back to the maintenance and refused to go until he gave me a cart. We have been dealing with insurance and the Bridge for over a year and insurance keeps telling us the bridge messed up on the dates of our paperwork ~ we where reassured by Connie that we would get assistance from them.
After moving into the Bridge (which is under staffed) we gave the key to an old apartment back and the front desk lost it but were kind enough to charge us a full week of rent due to their error. This place doesn't have it together. Would NEVER recommend sending anyone here!!!
