he administration Staff are clueless, with lack of information, This place lacks empathy for the elderly except for the cna's and nurses. It was like dealing with children who dont even have the basic facts and information and they don't Give the resident's representative the ability to exercise the resident's rights. Admins actions were arbitrary, capricious and contrary to rule or law, from the social workers to the admin of the property, related to the treatment of family members; creating a negative environment and among the staff as well. Harassing family members, abuse of authority and overstepping boundaries, Creating stress in the family member there. through those capricious and arbitrary actions.

Important Paperwork went missing, denials of lack of following up with outside agencies filing of it went remiss and the lack of communication and information was astounding. If admin doesnt like you, they create problems and stressfull situations. They arent people freindly and lack the skills I feel is necessary for a functional relationship with the family and residents. Go somewhere else where Admin staff knows what its doing. I dont know who is giving this place reviews rated 5 stars in US News Ratings and a few other sites on the web. Maybe its own staff. They say one thing one day , one thing the next and undermine the family's authority pertaining to the best care for a family member.

all I can give is a negative rating, the staff is lazy and nobody seems to care about the patients. The place is dirty with rattraps in the rooms meds on patient floor and spiderwebs on the ceiling. Visitor parking occupied by staff and general bad attitude. Look around don't send your loved ones to this place

Dirty! Smells awful. Staff shortages lead to poor care. Check your dignity at the door. I overheard the charge nurse Mary cursing and yelling at the nurses. People die here, I got out before I did too.
