Sedgwick County Memorial Nursing Home is a small, for profit, nursing home with 32 beds based in Julesburg, CO. At last check, the facility had 28 residents indicating that it is 88% occupied which is about average within the state of Colorado. The provider accepts only medicare, and provides resident counseling services.
This nursing home is not located in a hospital or a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). As of November 2012, the medicare rating for Sedgwick County Memorial Nursing Home, was 3 stars, which is a better rating than 54% of nursing homes in Colorado. Important to note that this facility has recently detriorated and has gone from 4 stars to 3 stars.
