The Peaks Assisted Living & Care Center is an average sized, for profit, nursing home with 105 beds based in Longmont, CO. At last check, the facility had 80 residents indicating that it is 76% occupied which is about average within the state of Colorado. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.
