My dad was there the staff is never around and if they are there you ask for a nurse as time goes by no one comes I've been with my dad when he's asked for his meds and they forgot about him they told him it was shift change hee waited for over 3 1/2 hours in pain before they gave them to him my dad fell because the pull was out of reach and no one to help him i came to see him and called for help no one came and i picked him up when no one came hee fell again because no one answered the call button in the bathroom i couldn't get him off my mind i went to go see him and his call light was on no one around i went to look for help and the place was empty I went back to my dad and picked him up off the floor and the staff told me it wasn't my job to pick him up and that I should have left him there for them to pick him up when there no where to be found and for the food cheaply made the cooks eat the food before the people eat we ate once with my dad and they had Philly cheese steaks so we ordered them what we got was a old hot dog bun a piece of what looked old and dried up with a lot of ketchup and a string of mustard everything on it looked like the pulled it from the trash they need to be shut down and the people moved to where they can be cared for I brought my dad home there thieves stealing what ever they can get there hands on the people there are old and they don't remember like they used too so things go missing. They have been under investigation and they don't care don't leave your loved ones there. All personal experience first hand
