If there was something lower than 1 star I would have given them that rating. Very poor treatment for my mother. She had to wait for hours for her medication. They are only interested in getting you to sign a paper saying you'll pay them if Medicare won't. Don't do it!!

Outstanding care. Very clean environment! Very skilled staff as well as being very well staffed in all specialties. I cannot speak highly enough of the care my family member received while at Hancock Hall.
