Been there to visit my grandmother twice on the past few weeks. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful but many don't care, don't want to be there and complain about it openly. There are not enough aids on staff and they are not well organized. When I was there almost all of the Alzheimer's patients were in the activity room with one aid. When she wasn't looking, the patient next to me in a wheelchair was tring to get up out of her chair. I called her over because she was about to fall out of the wheelchair. The aid helped her to the floor just in time. The patient was soaking wet in urine and had a full diaper. The nurse and two aids were scurrying around confused trying to find a belt, equipment and arguing about why her diaper hadn't been changed in so long. The whole place wreaked of urine. Finally they got her back in her wheelchair and took her to get cleaned up. No one ever cleaned the floor with urine and feces that leaked from her pants. The entire place is extremely insanitary as all of the patients wear diapers that do not get changed often enough, and they all have diarrhea.
