Level of care less than optimal. The facility has not been updated for 20-30 years. Facility fails properly staff wherefore quality of care suffers. Don't expect any type of acknowledgement from the facility after your family member passes away.

I wouldn't send a sick dog to this place-all they want is $$$$! As afr as I am concerned the neglect and lack of cleanliness contributed to a very disappointing outcome with a family member. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE!

My brother was admitted there on 9/4/12 and had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical about the care he would be receiving. My brother passed away on 9/11/12 and after visiting him several times I cannot tell you how GREAT the staff was to him. The care he received was exceptional and the staff was very compassionate. One employee in particular her name was Alicia could not have given his wife and our family more caring support and treated him with the upmost respect and provided the absolute best care I have ever witnessed. I applaud the entire staff at Crestfield and hope they realize how much they mean to a patient and their family. To all the staff a sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU for all you did for my brother.
