Staff is attentive when family/friends are visiting, otherwise our family member spent hours upon hours in bed...Rooms and shared bathrooms are not cleaned daily...Rehab was a joke…the list goes on and on. Family member did much better once we got him home. If your loved one is in this facility, prepare to spend everyday there too in order to ensure adequate care.
