I'm disgusted and hurt .the staff here aswell as the socialworker were not human .my mother became servile dehydrated. She fell and they denied her madical attention for two days. I will try my hardest to have this nasty place closed. And yes no one speaks English.

Dont be fooled by the carpeting and wall hangings in this place. It has been recently taken over by Fairview of Fairfield. The smart thing for these new owners to do is a "clean sweep" of their CNA's. (except for the few caring ones) I have witnessed patients being ignored who say they need to use the bathroom, etc. Nasty harsh tones being displayed at the patients. This is not a nice place and if you make a complaint, they come up with a million excuses and nothing changes. At any given time, you will find the nursing staff sitting at the nurses station chatting and eating and in their own little world. You will feel invisible as you stand at the desk waiting to ask a question as no one will acknowledge your presence. This place is terrible. Do not send your loved one here if you can help it. Unfortunately for us, this is the only place that would except our loved one without cash on your homework on this one!

Response: they probably hire people whom which english is NOT their first language. That is a bad signal ,means they are cheap. hard to find a job as a white american

Response: I agree with exactly what this reviewer has written. Although they have gotten rid of Donna Smith, head of nursing, and several other mean spirited, self-centered indivduals, they refuse to change their attitude towards the CNA hirings and therefore the personal care is less than acceptable.
There is a great deal of lip service, but it is all excuses or flat out denials of facts. The State has not been very helpful and the Ombsbudman Kim Massey is of no help what so ever.

My grandmother had a HORRIBLE experience at this facility. They do no one on one physical therapy, just group therapy, which wasn't helpful at all in my grandmother's case. In the night she would call out for help from her room, and they would shut her door and ignore her. The staff was completely unresponsive to her needs. Pretty much the only thing they have going for them is that the facility is clean.

Had a wonderful experience at this facility with my dad. Clean and close to everything.

Response: You must not be white
