I have found this facility not to be the best one. I have had issues since my father has been there. I have to keep telling them the same thing over and over. The cleaniness of the rooms and even the residents are not taken care of. Most of the staff do not seem to care. Please do some research before picking out a place for your loved one! Go in a few days and observe and talk to family members. See if they are satisfied. But I would not chose this facilty again.

Response: Hi I am doing some research on this location for a friend of a family member who is afraid to check this out as she may get barred from seeing her relative..it is very sad...but i do know that her relative has experienced some incidents that were not taken care of..for example bugs for one...not leaving the room even though she is very capable..having to depend on one outside person to do things for her..and taking too long to get to emergency appointments, for example a really bad tooth, that lasted over a month...any advice? we are not in visiting distance so i am online trying to acquire further information on this place..and who owns it?? tyvm for your time ...
