Response: I do not agree that this facility provides quality care. My mother has been left unattended in the shower and on the toilet without even being told how to reach someone to help her out. Even after she was told how to contact staff, they often do not respond d for upwards of 20 minutes. Can you imagine sitting on the toilet for 20 minutes without being able to get up yourself? Her medications have not been administered in a timely manner, her aids are often rude to her, she hasn't been cleaned properly, and she is not informed about what she should be informed of regarding her

Response: Care. This place is not recommended.
