The staff is eager to help. The building is old this doesn't matter except it is not kept up. The second floor was alway hot and the AC in the room didn't function and was changed out twice. The staff seems really busy, that made me feel like I shouldn't bother them. I took my fater out and to anouther state due to subpar care. Later a friend showed me a government web page that ranked then near the bottom. It's over now but I feel it my duity to blow the whistle and warn others you must be there daily and keep your eyes open.

Response: When was

Response: Had no idea as to what I was getting into when I signed up to go there.
No hand sanitizer in rooms.
When changing wet diapers, no wipes.
No safety bars in bathrooms.
The cleaning of bathrooms was a joke.
No snacks as promised at night.
Only one bath a week.
I could go on and on but I think you can decide for yourself.

Only positive was Vicky in PT, should be able to go 5 days a week. Felt I was short changed on that.
