Sunset Point Rehab, which is currently known as Genesis, is bug infested. Ants have been in my mother's bed many times, biting her, as she has cried out in pain. The ants have been on the bedroom walls, in the guest bathrooms, in the shower room. This is a chronic and acute problem, which has been brought to the attention of the administration and staff, yet not properly addressed and corrected. There are many other problems at this facility, e.g., excessive injuries, severe rashes, which are not documented, nor addressed properly by a licensed physician. If I could give this facility a zero star, I would!!!!
