I want to make it very clear this s not the place for quality treatment. Short staffed very unprofessional and a nasty staff. They need to be retrained and rehire people that want to work with the elderly. Head of admissions is horrible. She pushes to choose her place but then is just like the rest. They need a totally new staff. Food is horrible and the place is dated. Broken wheel chairs if you can find one, furniture is broken as well. Therapy room is overcrowded with staff looking at their phones. Pick another place.

Do not recommend this place at all. Short staffed jut quick to respond to needs of the patients and rude. And all staff is rude including the therapists. Head of admissions is as well. Food stinks slso. I would look else where. Things need updating and changes need to be made. They are nice initially and then it all changes. Beware

After a parent has been in this facility for quite a while I can honestly tell you a few things. First, it's very short staffed so if you dont have a private aid this is a negative. Secondly the staff is not friendly or professional. Their tone is rude and most don't want to be working there and this includes the therapists . Food stinks and it's very dated. Things are broken especially wheel chairs and it can use an update. All I can say is it did its job however I wouldn't recommend

Very unhappy with the way they took care of my parent. They assume NO responsibility for anything. Facilities are lovely, place is clean but patient care is horrible!

Would never recommend this facility to anyone for their loved one they make a good appearance but have true deep underlying problems administratively. Poor employee satisfaction surveys documented.
