06/28/2015  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Awful! Awful! Awful! Had to call 911 and have an ambulance rush my grandmother to the hospital because the staff does not do there job and can't be found when help is needed. This place is a death sentence.

10/19/2014  -  An OurParents User Writes:

DON'T LET ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT COME HERE!!! This place is horrible. My mom weighed 96 lbs when she entered this facility and she could walk on her own with a walker. She was discharged weighing 80 lbs and could not walk even with a walker. The day after she was discharged she was admitted to the hospital with compression fracture in her spine, a UTI, bedsores, and a large cyst on her back. All of these conditions developed while she was in the rehab and no one from the rehab told me about these.

07/20/2014  -  An OurParents User Writes:

NFRSC has new and energetic management willing and able to assist with resolutions to issues/concerns. With numerous activities, a prime location, a new building makeover, and caring nurses and CNA's looking for opportunities to show their C.O.R.E. value system to all visitors, Residents, and family, it's a great place to bring your loved one(s). Come on out and visit!

Response: Fantastic ::: Are you hiring ? Looking for CNA work . Mary Smallwood 386-623-6601

This a poor facility for care of the elderly. The CNA staff is uncaring, indifferent, and dishonest. My mom was to be there 4 weeks for rehab after a broken hip but we had her discharged after 16 days because of fear for her safety and health.
