When I state the care is poor, it is not a reflection of the very low number of staff who I am sure do their best.. One staff member for 25 people is nowhere near the lowest standard.. They get away with calling a glorified nursing home an assisted living facility to keep staff low. I live near this facility and have known both patients/elderly, and staff members.. I can honestly say.. I wouldn't leave my dog there.. There is way too much negative, client abuse, threats of eviction if they mention the hot water doesn't work, and medication errors to even begin to list here...

Horrible place. Would never leave my dad there agaiin

Response: Very sad that you are this angry of a person to be bashing this wonderful place. Anyone can see that you are very angry about something replying to every comment and you say

Response: Angry about my dad who lived there when finally taken to the hospital the hospital stated in writing malnourishment was one part of the cause of death. The Alzheimer's residents do not get the same meal amonts. This has been brought to the administrators attention several times by family and staff So yes I have a right to my angry opinion ! Hoping the good care your parent has is due to the improvements.

I found on my visit there that the staff was very friendly and caring. They also offered a lot of different activities for the patients there, some of them were bingo, cards, checkers among other things. They also had a chapel for those that wanted to attend church service. There were computers and internet access for those wishing to get online. I liked the fact that they had keyboards with large letters.

My grandmother is at Sugarmill and she completely loves this place. The staff and mangers our friendly and they have more than enough thing's to keep her busy all day. We completely love the management and staff up there. They are always doing things to better the place.

Love this place my mother is there and she can not say enough good things about the staff and the mangers up there. My mother has been in two other homes and she just adores every one there. We go up here every week at least two times a week and the place is always clean and we have even eat there a few times and the food is great.

Response: The kitchen must of put on a sow. Alzheimer's people do not get the same food. Just pop in at dinner or breakfast n c for self

Response: Must have been written by the administrator so sad

Response: Why is it that I must be a employee there to leave a good comment. First off I do not and we do pop in at dinner and lunch. As I said we are there two or three times a week and we have nothing but great things to say about the place. Sound more like you used today work there and just want to bash that great place. Oh and there is no show being they have no clue when we will be there or not. So your comments have no justification here, our opinions are just that ours opinion.

Response: U are sadly mistaken. They put on a good shower for you. Food is terrible and Alzheimer's portions extremely weak. Coffee watered down. Sad. Portions. Check ot out on a weekend to see the real facility

This is simply not a nice place too live. The other comment is obviousley written by management. Food is lousy residents are not. Clean and the owners and managers are all about money not caring I pulled my mother out and would not recommend it at all. Place is n not clean and the Alzheimer's patients are just left too rot. If you care then don't place any body here. Believe me I no!

Response: There are no apartments style here either this is alie only rooms which are small. Hoo see for your self

Response: I do believe the owners are Colombian... They don't much give a crap about our elderly.. it was always about the $$$...
