Response: I don't work for Bear creek but this is one of the uht uh uh uht uh DUH issues that everyone knew about including the family member which was clearly in denial. When someone is dying they stop eating and if she was at hospice later on that means that they had already assessed she was going to die and this was well known and you knew this too you just cannot accept the facts and are trying to blame someone else.

My Mom has been in this facility for a little over two months. I was terrified at the thought of having to place her in a nursing home. I can not tell you how much the quality of life has improved since she has been at this facility. The staff is amazing, and the facility is well staffed at all times. I have been there everyday, and at different times, and am so impressed by the joy and dignity these people bring to their patients. They praise their small achievements, and take time to speak to them, give them a hug or a kiss on the cheek, no matter how busy they are. They take time to listen to their stories, even though many are not in reality. My Mom has severe dementia, and loves all the staff, and calls them her friends. I have not seen her this happy or social in years. She has her hair and nails not each week. I feel sure that God hand picked this loving, wonderful group for Bear Creek, and I thank him each day.
