I had my mother in this facility and what a mistake!
My mom used to cry to me telling me when she had to use the bathroom the staff would say they are too busy to assist her and tell her to go in her diaper. When I confronted them about it they would deny it.
That was just one of the horrible things that went on in there.
Before you consider this place for your loved one make an unannounced visit after
midnight and see for yourself exactly what goes on. I found employees sleeping on the job and residents sleeping in wheelchairs in the hallways.

My mother broke her febia / new cap and was admitted mid June for physical / rehab. With 3 family members living each 1000 miles away we all made several trips to visit and phone calls every day. Come to find out they did not do the proper therapy and care. After running/soaking out of medicare and insurance payments they told her she had to leave! Unable to walk, dress, bathe, go to the bath room and all the above they succeeded to to making her a true nursing home patient! We are now at a point that she needs 24 hr care that is costing us $336 a day out of pocket and a bum leg that is 5 months past the proper care to get her to walk again. Don't take a chance and use this facitilty! If you really want the details email me at! I'm not done with this company! It is just a simple complaint that hopefully somebody reads! I'm going to take more action and get satisfaction to get them to give proper care to future patients!

Response: i had a brother in this facilty who was on parol as soon as they found out they made up all kinds of false accusations so the parol violated him and sent a man paralyzed on one side ,loss of short term memory,no skull back to a prison. Does this show love and compassion for pts? j crabtree
