This facility is so poorly run, it's as though hr has decided to hire circus rejects because this place is a freak show of idiocy. In a weeks time, there have been countless errors made regarding my loved ones care. Medication screw ups, lack of knowledge regarding medical history, not following careful instructions provided by the hospital. The facility is dirty, as a matter of fact, I asked for the room to please be swept as there were band aids and tissues on the ground that did not belong to my loved one. After a day of looking at that garbage, I brought my own broom, latex gloves, and Clorox wipes and took care of it myself. Bathing is infrequent, despite doctors orders of daily showering. The doctor at the facility was not equipped to handle my loved ones care, despite the commonality of their condition. Unorganized, rude, negligent, under qualified staff.

Staff is caring and knowledgable. My mother loved the food and rehab had her better in no time.

I some times wonder if they should even be open to care for people because they are ALWAYS working short I took my mom out of there because of the constant injury to the patients. I am even calling the state because this facility needs to be investigated

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Patients are refused help, meds are forgotten, everyone is left on their own no matter what level of care they need. No precautions are taken if you are at risk of anything. The staff is horrible, including the supervisors. Nobody smiles, they grunt anytime you ask for help and then they take at least an hour to get to you. Residents are hanging out of their wheelchairs and are always just sitting in the hallways. KEEP DRIVING!! There is a reason they can't meet full capacity at this place!

Absolutley horrible! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. The nurses are rude, the nurse supervisor was even worse, and don't try to get them to help you because they grunt and take about an hour to come help. Everything is broken or filthy. Medicine is easily forgotten, and they have every resident in the hallway hanging out of their wheelchairs and out of it, half of them with their tounges hanging out of their mouths. No precautions are taken for residents if they are fall risks, etc. These residents are left on their own, no matter what level of care they need. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE NOT A FULL CAPACITY FACILITY!!!

Absolutely horrible care! They sent my Mother home with a bad case of pneumonia, only to be admitted to the hospital the same day. If you are looking for an SNF for your loved one, keep driving!

Yeah watch out for the CNA with the red hair and has a high tone voice She's rude to The Family Members and Residents, You can hear her from two rooms away, Likes to use foul language in every sentence. Got no help from her at all.

06/20/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

They are very short staffed, especially at meal times. Patients have very little attention during dining hours if they are bedridden or not able to eat. The staff is generally nice (a few exceptions)but overworked. Some days are better than others when it comes to dressing and caring for patients. I have been both pleased and very displeased with the level of care, depending on the day.

02/03/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

The care of the cna's is inadequate. They are not careing and are rude especially if they are repremanded. I saw and heard a cna in the dinning room refuse to take this 102 year old resident to her room after dinner, she was abrupt and rude to her. I am a resident and I saw to it that she got back to her room. The food is repaticious and aften cold. There are few activities and again are repaticious. I give this place a low rating.
