User Reviews

11/06/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

The facility is fairly nice although some of the staff are not friendly. A few years back when my loved one was there the therapy staff were very friendly and consistent. They were all local and known throughout the community. Now none of them are there and there is always different people seeing my loved one. You never know from day to day what time the therapist will be there or who you will be seeing. They do not seem to be as caring as we are used to from previous years. Some even seem to be right out of school and unsure of what they are doing. We are not having the best experience this go around as we did before.
