User Reviews

08/05/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

My father was at this community for a little over a year and was made to feel like I was part of a big family, in fact the Administrator and Dept. heads even gave me their personal cell phone number which spoke volumes to me.
The Care staff would even send me pictures of Mom in activities which I never thought she would get involved in.
They really are angels in my eyes!!!
I couldn't be more pleased with the care my Mom received.

I recently had my mother at Indigo Palms until she passed. Speaking from experience, I could not be happier with the staff and care she received. She truly felt like this was her home. Everyone was very caring. I would strongly recommend this place. I don't know where this website gets the information, but the private room
Mom had was just over $2500 per month, not over $6000 quoted above.

would not recommend

Response: It isn't helpful to say would not recommend. I found the facility to be very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the residents look well-cared for and are cheerful. What was the negative experience for you.

Response: This complaint review is not helpful in any way to those of us looking for an assisted facility. Details and information supporting this negative review is necessary to give it any merit.
