Please do NOT ever allow any person/family member within 20 feet of this facility. I recently was able to remove my father from here. I cried because I was so happy. Please please please shut this place down.

The Nursing Center at Mercy is a small but well kept rehab. The nurses and helpers are truly great, especially the spanish speaking personnel. I only had one unfortunate incident with a nursing supervisor named Paulette, who was very unprofessional and down right rude. She was not interested in helping me at all, and told me I was wasting her time. I hope the Directors of the facilities take this to heart. There are plenty of professional nurses looking for a job, and Paulette does not seem to care about hers or making the customers feel welcomed. Everyone else in the facility is warm and welcoming, the security guards go out of their way to be helpful, and the staff is simply great. There is only one bad apple in an otherwise blossoming tree. Keep up the good work and get rid of that rotten apple! A Concerned Customer
