I cant say enough good things about Madison Pointe. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Mom and Dad were both there for rehab and are now in Long Term Care. The transition was so smooth and easy. I am SO HAPPY with all the staff. They are very caring and attentive. They receive the personal attention that I was looking for.
I am VERY involved in their care and know each of the staff by name :) I have never felt I was a bother, they always take time out of their busy day to answer my questions.

They dont care about the patients, they tie them to a wheelchair all day. My dad went in walking and using toilet, after 1 week he couldnt anymore He left because they said he was aggressive and tried to put him in a Pyco ward. He actually was totally dehydrated and in renal failure, so that's why he was acting nuts. He has huge sores on his feet from shoving his feet in his shoes, which are now infected . He also got Mercer and cdif. Head nurse is totally useless. Don't put anyone you love in here. They almost killed my dad.

Response: You are very correct in your observation. They actually killed my dad with a bladder infection, contracted CDIFF AND MERSA and died of sepsis and aspiration pnemonia. This place is a death trap to the elderly.
