01/08/2012  -  An OurParents User Writes:

While the facilities are very updated, the management and staff are unable to deliver consistently good and quality care due the turnover of staff at all levels. The instability has lead to the demoralization of the care team and ultimately to a lack of decent and humane care. Even though the building has been recently renovated, it often smells and is dirty. It's a shame. There are a lot of choices in Ocala and you should look elsewhere. We did and moved our loved one out of this shame on our community.

Response: Absolute nonsense this Nursing Home is the best.

Response: Its hard to believe that, my loved one has been there over a year, I think its a clean place and the food, its the best in Ocala

    Great place

07/21/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Staff seems poorly trained/selected. I observed poor hygiene and the facility smells terrible constantly even though it is quite newly renovated. Very neglectful (often hard to find staff/understaffed facility) I would never send a loved one there again.

01/18/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

staff is not the quality expected.

09/10/2010  -  An OurParents User Writes:

This place is new an more concerned about placing new residents than helping those that are in there. Although you have family meetings the high rate of changeover of the majority of staff effects the quality of care. They do not have their "act together" and it is a shame because the place is beautiful, the food good, the lack of follow up by nursing staff and management is way below average.
