Unfortunately this place is highly roach infested and are getting in the patients beds at night. Recently spent two nights there with my mother, the first we killed 4 roaches. Moved to another room and that night we killed 12 roaches!! The other patients in the area were complaining as well. It is really awful, you have to leave the lights on to keep the roaches from coming out during the night. They really need to do something immediately!!

Response: My wife was in that place and she told me some of the staff are very rude and mean.she called me one day and wanted to come home i asked her why and she told me the nurs and staff are mean to me.if they are doing that to my wife there do it to others as well.my wife room smell like pee and poop .this place needs to be shut down.

i was visiting a family member and was in the nursing home area for about 1 hour. during the hour the emergency alarm on the door was going off for about 15 minutes before we had to ask a member of the staff for the code to shut it off because it was so loud. the person in the room across the hall dropped a loud plate on the floor and was calling for help but no nurses came to assist him. there are roaches in the rooms and just pray you don't need someone in an emergency because if you call for help or click your call button no one shows up for at least 30 minutes.

The food is terrible. The times I have been there, the meals were not well balanced meals. Such as a diabetic being fed corn, potato, and a slice of very salty ham...Shouldn't a diabetic be on a balanced meal to help control the blood glucose? This person also has CHF..why were they not on a special diet? This person has gained probably 50 pounds since being there. Doesn't sound right to me, from what I have been taught. I wouldn't put my family there if it was up to me. The quality of care isn't so great, either.
