My wife was sent here from Florida Hospital for post surgical rehab. This facility is so bad we had to move her out after the 2nd day. The women who shared her room was left to lie in her own urine soaked bed overnight. Even when her bed "alarm" went off at 4 am, no one came to assist her. The assistants are argumentative and show little to no compassion or regard for the residents. The facility itself is older and showing its age. The rehab equipment at a minimum and is also old. The food is lackluster at best. The surprising thing is that this facility is owned and operated by Adventist Health, the same people who do a superior job at Florida Hospital on Rollins Ave. Its obvious this facility is of their least concern. Too bad because it only hurts their reputation. Keep your friends and family away from this place!

With a few exceptions, the staff has been uncooperative, disrespectful and rude. In the week mother has been there we have had two major incidents of neglect. Each load of laundry we have done for her always includes urine soaked clothing that is just thrown on the floor of her closet. Requests to speak to a director or the doctor go unanswered. Shame on the Adventist system for allowing this facility to get away with being so derelict in their commitment to their patients.
