They allowed a painful sore to go undiagnosed and untreated for MRSA. Patient and family were unaware until treated at another facility after discharge.

Staff helpful. The place is going through a major remodel. The work has been poorly coordinated. Work was going on everywhere and sometimes it was difficult to get my mother's wheel chair down the hall. When I was there on Dec 16th the dining room was close (and had been for the last three days) because of tile work and the court yard was virtually closed because workers were using a concrete saw to prepare for the removal of concrete. The residents had no way to get out of their rooms. It was almost as if the residents were invisible. If this had been going on in a hotel in this chaotic way, you wouldn't have checked in. (I am pretty sure they are giving no discounts during this period.)
