Have not recieved any infomation from my request; neither by mail, email, nor phone call...

This nursing home has an administrator and DON that hides things that are done to the residents to make them look good. One of the cnas told me that the DON tore up a write up that the nurse had given her and she keeps them in her desk and they should be in HR files in the person records. She has not reported neglect and abuse cases. Alot of the nurses there are incompetent and have given the wrong medicine to wrong patient and nothing gets done about it. The DON yells out to her staff in front of us family members and staff, she is very unprofessional. She has even yelled at another family member for no reason. This place looks nice, but the leaders are aweful, and the cnas get the residents up and leave them in wet diapers all day for the next shift to change them.

Response: u can t always blame the cna s, if you have 10 to 15 patients to take care of then you might can t change all the patients in a timely manner.the nurse can walk by a patient wanting the bedpan or wanting to use the bathroom, and the nurse will walk around looking for someone to do it.they don t blame their laziness all the time on med pass and paperwork.
