We took my Mom out of there 1/25/16, against their advice. Talked to the administrator about our concerns first. He showed us their test results as recent as 1/20/16, and said they were fine. We took her to the ER, she had sepsis, pneumonia, malnutrition and dehydration. Had we left her there, she would be dead.

This place is terrible. The workers are some of the most unfriendliest people I've encountered. They ignore the patients. I would not recommend anyone place their loved one in this facility.

Great location, but very bad experience...facility not updated or staffed appropriately! Continuous (extremely loud) call buttons ignored....crank-type beds....patients left without assistance required by previous hospital visits....prescribed medications not given. Be sure to visit any facility before placing your loved ones (especially here)!
