User Reviews

11/14/2015  -  An OurParents User Writes:

This place is a hell hole. The RN assigned to my father was urban, defensive, lacked lateral thinking, had poor judgement, lack tact and argumentative. She asked the family what was wrong with my father as he sat there with shortness of breath. The family called 911 and he was, again sent back to the ER. the staff is rude. It's not surprising that this facility was rated 1 or 2 by Health administration. My father always smell like urine no matter what time of day. His room either smell like urine or fesces. It's sad that people in poor health are forced to reside in these types of places. No one deserves this treatment regardless of economic capacity. Further, my father would call the nurses, it would be 30 or 45 minutes before they would respond. We sat there and counted minutes.
