Stuck up snot nosed management from the housekeeping department. Juanita who is head of housekeeping does not know the first thing about conducting an interview and treats employees as if they are below her. You should be ashamed of yourself Juanita.

Buyer beware! Our experience with Lake Pointe Landing was stuff of nightmares. The general manager, Rita Hood, proved herself to be ignorant on issues of aging, way over-reactive, extremely unprofessional, callous and shrill in the execution of her unreasonable demands on our family. What Rita says goes--no matter what our mother's physician, her geriatric care manager or her family said. And LPL's corporate parent, Century Park, would not listen to us--even when we caught Rita lying. Even more unbelievably, when we sought the input of other professionals and after we had a meeting set with Rita to discuss our mother's situation, Rita called the local Dept. of Social Services to report our mother as neglected??? (My mother had a dog walker twice day, a nurse giving daily medication, a caregiver three times a week, and both my sister and I live nearby and were there every two to three days.) And this is only the tip of the iceberg that is life at Lake Pointe Landing. Don't let anyone you love live there.

Response: I have a loved one currently at LPL that seems to be experiencing some "bullying" from the administration mentioned here. I would love to hear more of your experience as I am looking to advocate for her and build a case to present to CP and RH. Can we swap contact info somehow perhaps?

    Response: So sorry to hear
