Building gross and falling apart in areas. Smells musty. Bugs all over. Staff during day rude. After 4-5pm not enough staff. At night only one nurse on the floor, so it takes forever to get medication for pain or nausea. Urine samples taken by tube in bladder for no apparent reason, nothing report to doctor by us, but told doctor wanted to rule out UTI.

Totally uninterested in helping. They'll say anything to appear interested then do absolutely nothing. If they can't or won't be helpful, they should be honest about it. Their deceit only makes matters worse!
