The staff here is terrible. Good luck if you ever need to see a real nurse, doctor, etc. The employees get to critique you , as a patient, when you leave and give you a rating. I found that real interesting. It's like hiring an individual to complete a task and then have them evaluate how nice you were to work for. After four days of absolutely terrible service I checked out....not until they got to evaluate me thought. I received a fair rating. I never had the opportunity to evaluate them though. This place is disgusting.

We have our mother in this facility for some time now. The food they serve is horrible.I tasted the food my self, the chicken was practically raw.The so called cake they served impossible to eat.The majority of staff are more concerned about their hair and gossip.Night time staff gathers around the dinning room and watches TV.No one is checking the residents. Discrimination against residents is obvious enough to see.
Cleanliness does not exist. The long term facility smells of urine and feces.I have visited mother different hours, each time I walked in there the staff is clowning, laughing and gossiping among each other.Mother is constantly on the wheel chair or bed.Staff is nasty etc, etc, etc I can write a book about this facility. My recommendation is..."Do not put your loved one in there!"
