Very disappointed with this place. The staff are so cold toward you. No smiles at all from anyone. Even the front desk. No one seems to care about you. If you ring the help button. You may see someone in half hour or so. Never come here again.

I did not think that I was treater good with the nursing staff. I had a knee replacement. and I was in my early 50s. I felt that the nursing staff thought I could do anything for my self. When I would ask for someone to helpme. I would get these looks like do it yourself. I was there several times. For my knee replacement. There was two nurse aids that would help me. And the nurses did not seem freindly. And I did not like when a nusres would come in early in morning when you a sleep to ask if you need something. And the nurse was loud. It was very upsetting to me. I am the food was not that good. I had to talk to the head kitchen person about what I can eat something different. There was a evening nurse that gave my morning meds. But the P.T. and O.T. was alright. And my room-mate was not a good person to have. She like middle curret pull and keep the room to hot. and she was by the window. My family talk the the nurses about my meds and other things. My family was not real happy the way I was getting treated at times. I livie in punta gorda and my doctor wanted me to come there. I might have to have another knee replacement but I am not sure if I will come back. I will talk to my doctor just to get home health to come in. And life care is very closest to my family. But when and if I have my knee replace. My family and I have think about coming back. Maybe someone should talk to the staff on how to treat a young person with knee replacement. I know some of the thing I sure not have done. but when you try to get help nobody act like they wanted to do anything for me. I am gald that I saw your story about life care insunday paperunder feeling fit.
