I am a current employee. The place is NOT clean as they are trying to boost corporate profit by cutting house keeping hours. The nurses and CNAs are very caring but it is VERY hard to do our job without necessary supplies. Even the food that the residents get is disgusting most of the time due to trimming costs to boost corporate profit. EVERYTHING is about revenue, nothing is about quality care.

I have found the nursing staff and most of the auxillary staff to be at least willing to do what they can. I have found the rehab department overall to be very unsatisfactory, with the exception of a very few therapist. There is a huge problem with the communication that goes through the station one charge nurse. Getting appointments made and driver scheduledThe social services department is lacking the knowledge to run the department effectively. Maintenance is outsting, housekeeping not up to par. Nurses aides/patient ratio is horrid. The nurses are given far to many patients to be able to give the kind of care that ALL nurses would love to give. Carol and Robin have been the two nurses most frequently assigned to Kim. Kudos! I would love to have corperate e mail or phone numbers.
