i have worked there for a very short time...I was leaving one morning (as I worked over night in the memory care unit) and heard a resident yelling at one of the CNAs to get out of her room and he was yelling back at her so I went to her to try to calm the situation..she said she was uncomfortable with a male helping her undress and wanted a female and her request WAS NOT honored and she told me that the CNA takes advantage of her and takes pictures while doing so...I reported this comment to the LPN who told me to NEVER SAY A WORD TO ANYONE and was fired 3 minutes later...the night LPN treats the residents like trash (ie...yells, refuses to assist, wont allow basic rights) The staff (of all levels) is nice to your face but talks nasty behind every ones back...the CNAs on all shifts are VERY rough with the residents but convince the residents that they are being nice which is easy to do being its the memory care unit...I wouldn't trust a frog in there care...and I HATE frogs...

Staff is very professional. The nurses there not only take care of my mother, she tells me they hug her and tell her they love her. The have become an extended family to her. I can not always be there to visit her but when I do she tell me she has enjoyed the evening but is ready to go back home to The Place! The nurses there greet her in and she shines.
I love that they love her when I can't be there!

Very unprofessional staff. I called to inquire about possibly placing a loved one there and the receptionist Kathy was extremely rude and stated "I don't have time to answer any questions" and placed me on hold. I hung up and will NEVER recommend anyone there. I am a nurse & know exactly what to look for. This place is not one of them

Response: I agree with u. Kathy is very rude. Been that way for years.

Response: I agree also Kathy is rude but the rest of the staff are amazing!

Response: The only person I have met that was truly kind was a server named Sharon. The rest were rude. Sharon is very friendly and tries to keep things smooth. I saw her crying when her coworkers were fired. All she said was it will all be fine.
