I have found the CNAs to be nice, but having to wait 30mins. or more for the LPN is UNACCEPTABLE! Not giving the prescribe treatments UNACCEPTABLE! I will be (again)voicing my opinion LOADLY!! Acting like its a chore to do anything for the resident UNACCEPTABLE! Do your research!!! Don't be fooled by all the "pretty".

The place is clean and looks nice but that's it. The care is poor. My Mom has been there for 9 days and still has not had her hair washed. She has to push the staff just get washed. They take better care of the grounds than the people.

Response: Awful place....i didn't realize they're on the states. "watch list"....

Response: My Mom is in Spring Lake now for rehab and it has been an awful experience. Yesterday the PT didn't show up. Not the first time. The CNAs are rude. Call button response can be 20 minutes to 1 hour. She has two broken arms and needs help to the bathroom. She is suppose to have ice therapy every 4 hours. Doesn't happen. She has gone as long as 16 hours with it because the CNA said she didn't know how to di it. I could gone on but will do that is a formal letter. Stay away!!!
