I know that is a lie. I have been forgotten on 14 times to get aides scheduled out when they had three weeks notice that the aides would be out of town.
I was put in the hospital because no one came out until 10:30pm where I had nothing to eat or drink all day.
Gabriel Jacobs and Wanda Ewing came to the hospital where I asked him if it was professional or even good customer service to allow this to happen.
He looked into my eyes then stared at the floor until the Doctor put me in a room without saying a word.
Wanda looked at me and said "You are not the only client I have forgot to send an aide to, and probably won't be the last."
The owner never said one word.

All I heard from the ladies that were sent to my home was "I can't".
Bottom line is that $140 was taken from my handicapped brother's wallet one week and the following week I found a stranger wondering around in my home when I noticed my credit card was sitting out. My card company contacted me the following day flagging suspicious activity on my card. I believe it to be no coincident that she had access to my card number and the same day over $700 was charged to the same account.

Response: I agree this company is not about the quality of care to their clients, the owner is not professional in anyway..The company needs to be looked at!!

This company is unprofessional and uneducated. The owner acts like you're always bothering him and the office staff is his family and is never on time or there when they're suppose to be. My family deserved better then what we received working with this company.

Response: Agreed. I know an employee of this company and they don't treat the employees well at all either.

Response: I love this company! The owner is great and he really listens to what you need and does everything to help.

Response: This company is one of the best company's i have worked for in a long time. They will always find a way to help the clients and employees any way possible
