Please, Please, Please do not send your love ones here. This is a place of horror. They neglect patients for hours on end. They never turn or change them. The place smells which is the first sign of neglect. They are always short staffed. They bathe their patients with papertowels instead of using washcloths.
This place should be closed to protect the elderly.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE'S HERE...This place smells so bad, the food always seems to be the same…Hot dogs and Cole slaw. What the HECK!! Your love one will have to wait sometimes 2 to 3 hours to be changed, causing really bad rashes for the patient. Nurses are RUDE!! Especially the African lady with the bald head. You will have to make most of the doctor appointments for your love ones. This facility wants your love one’s money and don't want to give them the respect and time that they need. Beware you have been warned! Enter at your own risk!! Administrative office workers are never there!! Are just hiding when you want to speak with them! The elder’s argues and fight all the time. They do not separate the crazy from the Rehab patients. They do not have handicap showers to give the patient a proper bathing .Very sad place…

Overall rating is a one (1). I would not want snyone to have a loveone at this nursing home. Some of the nursing staff is very rude and don't want to help when you asked for assistance. I recently visted a friend at this nursing home and he requested assistance from a nurse and she never came to check on him. Also, he requested assistance and was told he would have to wait becauase she was going on her break.
Tthe place is always nasty and smelling like urine and feces on the toliet. Overall I would not take my dog to this nursing home.

Ask the question - would you want your family members to place you here? Nursing staff friendly, but not always attentive to residents; CNA to resident ratio low;do not use stand up lifts with patients that have incontinence issues; residents lay in bed needing to be changed. Serve same meals - no variety, outside not kept up; inside often smell of urine. Administrative staff okay.

This is a small facility, the staff gets a one on one basic with all the residents. They are really nice. The Admission Process was very painless and the Admission team was very helpful. CNA Did a nice job. I will recommend this home to anyone.
