The cna's are horrible, with the worst attitudes. If they are not doing anything wrong they should not care. They are lazy and not very nice people.

If you have family there, please be very attentive some of those cna's are horrid. My children and I volunteered there and we took a break after one of the ladies that my daughter took a liking to died. When we came back I was later told by the volunteer coordinator that we really were not wanted back because. We seen a patient mistreated and we reported it, I was told she had never seen volunteers that had such a bad reputation,I informed her that I had no problem reporting abuse and at that point, I received a polite maybe we were not a good fit for that place. I was than told my 20 year old daughter dressed like a @#$%, in turn I emailed her a picture of the long sleeve shirt and pants that she still had on from that day! Volunteers are appreciated as long as you keep your mouth shut and don't report anything.P.S. Also the patient that we reported being abused is the one that died.
