Very poor facility. My aunt was at this facility for half an year and the experience was awful. There was an odor from her bathroom that was related due to their septic issues (which we were told). They changed her room and then there was an issue with a crack in her window( which led to mosquitos always in her room). They finally put her in decent room with one more delimma. They nurse by the name of Angel Waters was very rude. She would come into the room and not even knock. She would always answer the question we had by saying " well you should,..." When we were the guests. Also I walked out of her room to find the nurse standing at the desk using profanity on her cell phone while on the clock. My family paid this facility to care for my aunt not to put her in a local motel. I would highly not suggest not to have your loved ones stay at thia place!

DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. My parent stayed here and it was a horrible experience. The place is severely understaffed and dirty and the administrator made promises and statements that were false and refused to hire enough CNA's and nurses to staff the place. My parent was there five months and was taken to the hospital for dehydration twice. It was a horrible experience for my family.

Terrible care of my Dad. Only 1 CNA for 25 people and only 1 LPN 25-35 residents. My dad stayed wet and rash all the time because the Administrator would hiring enough. They served him food on stained plastic dishes and we even saw roaches. The bathroom had broken and molded tile. We pay almost 6000/month and they didnt' even use chux and would run out of gloves/wipes. Terrible!!!!!
