Where's management? Where is the head nurse? You NEVER see her and dare you ask her a question about your family member. She cant tell you anything about them. All you see when you walk in this facility is a bunch of overworked staff. There are many issues with this facility that need to be addressed. Mainly staffing.

Wouldn't put a dying animal here. Medication delivered hours late routinely. Constant excuses. Heard the doctor scream at and curse out a family member challenging him about his treatment plan for a resident and he also told the family member that his family member wasn't the sickest person there. Light bulbs missing and out. Sheetrock splitting and baseboard pushed in. Nurses laugh when you ask for director and indicate she is gone by 4:30 everyday.

Most times I am pleased with the certain staff that actually care about the residents. The new upper Management over the past couple months has been awful. They do not acknowledge you and make for a very harsh atmosphere. Do not recommend this place at all.

The owner of this facility and the staff are un-professional and do not care about the well-being or happiness of the residents.

Doctor seldom if ever sees pt. Only reviews chart. LPN dispenses meds & occasionally makes mistakes. Bldg seems to be in need of repair. Some staff workers not helpful to pts needing assistance. Some are helpful. Food is high in carbs & low in taste. Not many veggies except frozen mixed veggies. Not much personal attention here from RN. Family members need to be around. Burnout seems apparent. Nursing assistants pd $9.00/hr. We are private paying.

The admin staff needs to be reviewed. They do not know what they're doing. Can't get what you ask for. Food is awful. Rooms are dirty. Does not get seen by dr but gets charged anyway.
Do not recommend this place to anyone.
