There is one thing I liked about the place there is a young girl name Erica who works there she is very sweet lady. :) Other then that if you do not want your loved ones abused to not but them in the care of MAJESTIC MANOR OR EAGLE CREST WHICH IAS OWNED BY THE SAME LADY DEBRA something needs to be done about this place because I know my little loved one was abused/neglected while in the care of Debra & Majestic Manor. ! Please if there is anyone that would like to come foward about what happened too yourself or a loved one please I am seeking legal advice and hoping to have this place shut down. !

I would have given negative stars but that was not an option I would not put my dead dog in this facility!!! The facility is anything but "majestic". Towels are piled up in the bathroom floor to absorb urine that saturates the floor. Feces is smeared along the toilet lid. The place reaks of urine. There is no call light do the poor folks living the have to yell for assistance and hope the 1 person working there is not outside smoking. There is one worker there per about 15 patients and this person does all the cooking, bathing, medications, and "cleaning" which is never done. I almost slipped and fell in one of the bathrooms and the owner Deborah advised me that a patient urinates in that floor and she advised me not to use that bathroom when I came there. I asked, "and this is the bathroom my loved one will be using?". Her reply, well we cant be with them every second of the day. The man next to my loved one's room reaked of urine. She told me they keep the door closed because he urinates in the carpet. She said they shampoo it every day but that is just one of the Many lies we were told while there. My loved one was also attacked while there for his short stay by another resident trying to make him go to bed. He had two lg fingernail puncture wounds on his hand and his buckle was ripped his hand is swollen and bruised. While I was there to remove my loved one and transfer him to a true assisted living a lady who worked with the state came in and when Deborah asked if she could help her the lady said I am here Deborah on Another complaint. The lady asked to sit down with me and she interviewed me and then my loved one and we were not even the ppl she was there about. If you truly love your family member you will not even consider this place which should be shut down. No one should have to live in conditions like these!!!

Response: I find the comments to be completely erroreous and
mean-spirited. I have been a resident here for six
months and find none of the complaints to be fact
based. I suffer from a stroke and after several falls
in my home my niece suggested an assisted living
facility. After investigating several facilities we
chose this facility, and I am completely happy here. I
don't why the commenter would write such a mean spirited review filled with falsehoods. The place does
not REEK of urine; and if the staff is aware of urine
on the floor or feces on the toilet seat it is cleaned
immediately. In my six months here I know of no one
left with soiled clothes for any length of time. If
anyone soils their clothes it is immediately taken
care of as soon as the staff is aware of it. If a
resident is attacked physially or verbally the
offender is asked to leave the facility. I know of no
one being attacked in my six months here. As for the
medications being adminstered; They are always given
on time when they are due. NO ONE is allowed to miss
a dose. The entire staff are non-smokers and always
available if needed; even while asleep at night the
staff checks on residents every two hours and more
often if the resident is having medical problems. The
food is always prepared in a timely manner and served
on time HOT and well prepared. If anyone asked me to
recommend this facility for their LOVE ONES, I would
recommend this facility without any hesitation.

Response: The complaint was very well written and true. God bless the 6 month resident and I pray you can pretty much take care of yourself. As far as the staff being outside smoking, this is also true. It is just that the staff changes so fast that you haven't been able to see it. Shame on this place for only having one person on all shifts to take care of the needs of these people. They or there families are paying for this care and deserve to have the peace of mind that their loved ones are being well taken care of.

Response: I was wondering if i could find out more about ur experience with Debra & Majestic Manor i beleive a loved one of mine was abused there and im about to seek legal help
