Not at all equipped to handle dementia residents. They are short-staffed & uneducated in the area, despite what their site advertises. It's a good place for alert residents who need minimal care & enjoy activities & a social life.

Managed by Gardant Management Solutions, this fully certified community supports the health, wellbeing, and independence of every resident.

At Heritage Woods of Centralia, you can elect to live in a beautiful studio, one-, or two-bedroom apartment with plenty of closet space, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment also comes equipped with individual temperature control, so you can maintain the temperature you prefer. The common areas consist of an activity room, a library, and a beauty and barber salon. You can even reserve the private dining room when friends and family visit. Three full meals with snacks are served daily. A full calendar of events is maintained to provide residents with activities to enjoy. For instance, activities might include events such as bingo, yoga, or dinner concerts. Certified caregivers are on-duty twenty-four hours a day to provide aid with daily living necessities such as dressing and grooming. Licensed nurses are also available and conduct routine health assessments. Finally, transportation services are available for residents needing to navigate to appointments or who want to explore the local neighborhood.
