Woodstock Nursing & Rehab Ctr is a large, for profit, nursing home with 171 beds based in Woodstock, GA. At last check, the facility had 135 residents indicating that it is 79% occupied which is about average within the state of Georgia. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.

neglected mom.... allowed her condition to get worse and worse. I talked to them one on one, called daily... and was told mom just wanted to go home, that she was fine. Then Pat M. RN called and told me mom was being sent to ER but it was not an emergency... Dr M. wanted her checked out. I got to ER and was told mom was dying from neglect and abuse. When I confronted they just rolled their eyes at me. The Doctor should have his lisence revoked along with the RN's and this facility should be shut down from being filthy and old... nasty.
