Dear Maryurth,
I would like to thank you and your staff for the care that my Dad received at your facility this past year. I know that we had a rocky start but with the help of the staff and Dr. Haller he became calm and comfortable.
When he first arrived he referred to the facility as a jail but in the last months of his life he referred to it as home. We would like to give special thanks to you, Jenny, Tara, Connie, Anne, Kay, John, Candace, Emily, Ira and the rest of the staff for their kindness and care of our father. I can't tell you how much we appreciated your help and your support during a difficult time for our family. We all miss him but know he is in a much better place.
Kind regards,
Dave and Linda Ingle

Although the facility is very nice and most of the staff is very capable, very kind, and very well trained there are definite exceptions. I have called and let them know that one of their CNA's was stealing the patient’s medication and selling it on the streets. I was very specific and even told them that it included morphine patches and the type of pain pills. The employee is still there. Upon searching public record, he has been arrested numerous times on charges that should keep him from working in any type of care facility. If your family member is in need of pain medication I would strongly recommend finding another facility.
